Tselendata is a very old traditional village, practically on the outskirts of Fiskardo. Facing east with its early morning sunrise over Ithaka,  Inclusive is a sketch of what the building looked like, to give you an idea of size and shape.

Fiskardo is just down the road with an array of shops, boutiques, bars and all sorts of daily activities and excursions that you can enjoy. Foki  beach is just 500m down the hill, with a small family run tavern serving greek food.

House needs to be  fully  rebuilt and reinforced,  but will become a wonderful holiday home, or let, due to its location. Tselendata is popular as a village in general and boasts quite a number of rentals in the area.
